Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of food and dietary supplements, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16) and applicable Latvian legislation, opened food or dietary supplement products are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@the3rdkingdom.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship everywhere in the European Union (EU) and also outside EU. You can check delivery destinations in the chechout.
How many capsules are in one bottle?

When will I get my order?
